Park rangers fined a Pennsylvania man for going on a run at Valley Forge National Park … because of the government shutdown.

John Bell runs marathons all over the world but due to the shutdown he can’t go on his normal jog.

Signs around Valley Forge make it clear that the park is closed and the use of the grounds, trails, and parking lots is prohibited.
Bell parked his car and left on his normal jog but when he came back park rangers were there with a 100-dollar ticket.

The fine should have been 1 thousand dollars and 5 years in prison. And the rangers
should have beat him up before arresting him.
