The National Weather Service issues a Flood Warning for urban areas and small streams in Adams County, Lancaster County and York County until midnight. Flooding has been reported in eastern York County, especially in parts of Hallam Township. Many locations have had between an inch and a half and 3 inches of rain with the heaviest rainfall since 5 pm Thursday evening.
Some Locations that may experience flooding include York City, Columbia Borough, Red Lion Borough, Lancaster City, Manheim Borough and Gettysburg Borough.
