Armed robber holds up tobacco store in Lower Paxton Township

Police are investigating an armed robbery at a tobacco store in Lower Paxton Township. Officers were dispatched to the First Choice Tobacco Outlet located along the1300 block of Mountain Road around 8:05 p.m. on Thursday for a robbery.

According to police reports, a masked man entered the store, pulled out a gun and demanded money from the cash register.

He got away with an undisclosed amount of money and was last seen running through Koons Park, police said.

The robber is described as a white male in his late teens to early 20’s, 5’6″ tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, gloves and a ski mask.

No one was injured in the robbery.
