Police say a traffic stop in Dauphin County ended with the arrest of a man accused of having sexual contact with a minor.

Jason Andrew Moul, 30, of Harrisburg was charged with criminal attempt statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors.

Police stopped Moul on Thursday afternoon at South Progress Avenue and Walnut Street  for equipment violations. A 15-year-old girl was a passenger in his vehicle.

According to police reports, Moul was driving on a suspended license and had several warrants out for his arrest. The investigation also uncovered that Moul and the teen had met online and that Moul had picked the female up at the Susquehanna Township Middle School.

Police say Moul admitted he intended take the girl to his home for sex.

Moul was arrested and  to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $10,000.
