QUICK SHOT:  Low pressure will race northward and through Pennsylvania today, along a front that has yet to make its way through the area.  This will keep us cloudy and mild to start the day.  We’ll top out in the upper 60s for highs.  The rain arrives after lunch, and will continue for the drive home and evening hours.  Expect a few hours of showers later today.  As the rain passes later in the evening, cooler air begins to spill in on a west to northwest breeze.  Overnight tonight, the rain quickly ends and the clouds begin to clear as temps fall into the upper 40s.

DOWN & UP & DOWN:  Friday will be a breezy and cool day.  We’ll see sunshine with some intervals of clouds.  Highs hit the low to mid 60s.  Another wave develops to our west for Saturday.  This clouds us back up and warms us a bit too with highs in the middle 60s.  We could see some spotty rain in the evening and early overnight Saturday.  Sunday, we get back to a bit more sunshine with another batch of cooler air spilling in.  We’ll only be in the upper 50s to near 60°.  This cool air stays in place for Monday too with highs near 60°.

MORE OF THE ABOVE:  Another stronger system will develop over the Midwest for mid to late week.  This warms us a bit Tuesday under partly cloudy skies.  Highs hit the middle 60s.  Then, cooler air swings through by Wednesday with the need to watch to see if rain comes into the picture for Wednesday or Thursday.  Regardless, it looks very chilly to close out the end of next week!

Enjoy your Thursday!
