An early morning fight at a pizza shop lead to two stabbings. Swatara Township Police have one person in custody and searching for a second after the fight. Police responded to reports of a large fight at Mid-Town Pizza along the 900 block of Eisenhower Boulevard just before 2:00 Sunday morning. When police arrived on scene, they found two people with stab wounds. Police say one of the victims was an employee of the pizza shop who was trying to break up the fight.Police say both victims were taken to Hershey Medical Center and treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Police have identified two suspects, Yonis Mercedes, 25 of the 2400 block of Market Street and Chanel Florimon-Peguero, 25 of the 1900 block of Kensington Street, both of Harrisburg.

Police did take Mercedes into custody but are still searching for Florimon-Peguero.

Mercedes is waiting arraignment for charges of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. Police have issued an arrest warrant for Florimon-Peguero’s arrest for 2 counts of criminal attempted homicide and 2 counts of aggravated assault.
