Healthcare.gov has seen problems since going live on October 1. Problems include crashes, slow response times and failing to allow customers to complete the online process by purchasing health insurance.
Reports say rough half a million folks have began the process of enrolling in Obamacare.
The website states coverage can begin on January 1. Open enrollment closes on March 31.
The White House says the President will directly address the technical problems with the site on Monday.
