Two 17-year-old boys are facing charges after they attacked a man over a parking space in Carlisle on Oct. 18, police said.  The incident happened around 2 p.m. along the 200 block of West North Street and was caught on the borough’s surveillance cameras.

Investigators say one teen beat the man with a tree branch and punched him. The other teen then threw the man onto the ground and kicked him in the face.

Both teens fled the scene before officers arrived. Authorities say the entire incident was caught on the borough’s Iron Sky Camera System.

The teens are charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.
