A jury finds a York City man, Aric Shayne Woodard, guilty of 1st degree murder in the death of a two year old child. The jury deliberated about four hours before coming back with a verdict. Woodard was on trial for the November 2011 beating death of two year old Jaques Twinn. He had been babysitting the toddler and his 1 year old old sister.
The same jury now has to decide whether Woodard, should be sentenced to death or life in prison. The penalty phase of the trial begins Monday morning.
