Lancaster City shooting suspect surrenders to police

The alleged shooter of a 15 year old Lancaster City girl turns himself in.  Police confirm that 16 year old Manuel “Chucky” Oritz, Jr., turned himself in this afternoon at the city police station on West Chestnut Street.

In addition to charges related to the shooting, Ortiz was also wanted on drug charges.
