A registered sex offender faces multiple charges involving children in Cumberland County. Middlesex Township Police say Carl Sachette, 73, was living at a local motel where children also resided. Sachette allegedly invited an 11 year old to his room where he gave out candy and showed the child pictures of his penis. He said that the more the child looked the more candy the child would get.
Sachette is also alleged that when children were outside playing he would stand at his window completely nude where they could see him.
Charges against Sachette include Unlawful contact with a Minor, Corruption of Minors, Indecent Exposure, Disseminating Explicit Material to a Minor and Open Lewdness.
