Police make two arrests in a weekend armed robbery at a basketball court in Coleman’s Park.  It happened just before 5 o’clock last Sunday. Two young men, a 19 year old from Myerstown and a 20 year old from Richland told police that they were in the park talking when a silver van approached. Three males with bandanas over their faces were in the van.  Two of the suspects got out and walked toward the victims. One suspect was carrying what looked like a shotgun.   One of the males reported said, “You know what this is give me what you got.”  The suspects took the victims cell phones and a small amount of cash before leaving in the van.

Police later located the van in the 200 block of East Guilford Street less than two hours later.  One of the suspects, 19 year old Joshua Sholly, of Lebanon, was also in the area and arrested.  Investigators identified the other suspects as 19 year old Allen Firestone, III, of North Lebanon Township, and a juvenile, 15 year old Joshua Mojica, of Lebanon.  All three suspects will be charged with Robbery and Criminal Conspiracy.

Mojica was arrested Tuesday in Elizabethtown by E-town Police. He was returned to Lebanon County to be arraigned. He will charged as an adult in the case.  Allen Firestone remains at large.
