A Carlisle woman faces retail theft and drug charges. It happened about 5 pm on November 1, 2013 at the Walmart in the 6500 block of Carlisle Pike in Silver Spring Township. Police say Emily Morrow, 21, took multiple DVD’s and left the store without paying for them.
Later in the investigation Morrow’s vehicle was searched and inside the vehicle police found a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Charges against Morrow include Retail Theft, Possession of a small amount of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
