A person walking to work this morning in East Lampeter Township, Lancaster County, found a loaded gun.
According to police, a loaded .38 caliber handgun was found about 6:30AM on the 1600 block of Lincoln Highway East in front of a restaurant.
Investigators said they have not determined who owns the gun and no report of a gun being stolen.
