Two men are facing charges in connection with the theft of scrap metal from a Lancaster County business on Sunday, police said.
Officers received information that scrap metal was being stolen from Custom Metal Fabrications located along the first block of Diller Avenue in New Holland Borough.
Police say employees confronted the men on the property as they were loading scrap metal into a vehicle. The duo took off and scaled a fence to get away.
Officers quickly caught up with the pair and arrested George F. Bosley Jr.,57, and Walter Millisock, 49.
Bosley is charged with theft by unlawful taking, defiant trespass and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was taken to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $40,000 bail.
Millisock was turned over to State Police on an outstanding warrant.
