Police in Columbia, Lancaster County have issued an arrest warrant in connection with an early morning shooting.

They are searching for 38-year old Terrance James Lucas. He is described as a black male, 6’3″ tall, with a muscular build.  A car police believe was being operated by Lucas has been located. They say Lucas should be considered armed and dangerous.

According to police, the incident happened on the 100 block of Walnut Street around 3:50 AM in Columbia. When they arrived, officers found a 34-year-old man shot in the neck.

He was transported to the hospital for his injuries.

Police have filed Criminal Attempted Homicide charges against Lucas, and are actively looking for him.
