While on the scene officers noticed a holster containing an ammunition magazine on the hip of 24 year old Vernest Antonio Storr. They then found a concealed Springfield 9mm handgun in Storr’s jacket pocket. The weapon had a loaded magazine with one bullet in the chamber.
