Lebanon City man arrested on multiple drug charges

A major drug arrest in Lebanon City. The Lebanon County Drug Task Force assisted by city police, Cornwall Borough Police and State Parole Officers executed a warrant on November 21 at the home of Adalberto Beniquez-Rodriguez in the 200 block of East Weidman.  Once inside, an unknown male fled out of a second floor window.  He jumped to a neighbor’s roof and got away.

The search uncovered 60 grams of bulk heroin, a quantity of heroin packaged for sale, approximately 4.5 grams of crack cocaine, prescription medications, drug packaging and cutting agents including veterinarian grade Lidocaine and Zylazine, a horse tranquilizer.

Charges against Beniquez-Rodriguez include Possession and Possession with the Intent to Deliver Heroin, Possession and Possession with the intent to deliver Crack Cocaine, Possession of Alprazolam and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Following arraignment Beniguez-Rodriguez was sent to Lebanon County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
