Police in East Pennsboro Township have been contacted about a case of credit card fraud and identity theft from Washington state.

The Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office says the victim who lives in Okanogan, Washington reported her credit card was used to make over $200 dollars in fraudulent cigarette purchases at the Enola Giant.

The victim told police she believes that her credit card number and identity were stolen over the Internet. Giant released surveillance photos of the suspect using the stolen credit card information on November 10.

The suspect is a male with black hair and larger build. He was wearing a Philadelphia Phillies baseball hat.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect is asked to call East Pennsboro Township Police Department at 717-732-3633.
