Police question man in fatal shooting of Harrisburg woman

Harrisburg City Police are interviewing Michael Stephen Gelsinger in connection with the overnight shooting death of Tiana Dockens.  The 18 year old woman died at Penn State Hershey Medical Center about 90 minutes after suffering a gunshot wound to abdomen.  The shooting happened at about 1 am Friday as she stood on a porch of a home in the 1600 block of Thompson Street.  Dockens is the granddaughter of City Council member Wanda Williams.

Police are continuing their investigation.
