FINAL COLD DAY:  The clipper form yesterday continues to race away, as a bubble of high pressure slips in for a few days.  Cold air will stay in place today into tonight, but then the winds shift and a warming trend begins!  We’re sunny with intervals of clouds today as temperatures climb to the low and middle 30s.  It’s breezy too adding to that chilly feel.  Tonight, lows drop to the 20° mark and teens in the usually colder areas.

GRADUAL WARMING:  Thursday, we’ll see sun to start with clouds slipping in through the day.  Highs hit the 40° mark, right on target with average!  Then Friday, we’re becoming mostly cloudy with the chance for some late showers in the evening.  Highs will make it to the middle 40s.  On an upward trend we go!

WEEKEND:  Saturday starts a bit cool and ends in the comfy low 50s.  We’re cloudy with a stray shower here and there, especially later in the day.  Temps rise overnight through the 50s.  Then we ramp up to the middle 60s for highs on Sunday!  It comes with a cost of rain, heaviest later into the evening and early overnight hours.  You may even hear a rumble or two of thunder.  The rain ends and cold air ushers in for the start of the holiday week.

NEXT WEEK:  We’re looking chilly on Monday as temps roll back to the middle 40s for highs.  By Tuesday, Christmas Eve, we’re in the upper 30s with sun returning.  For now, it looks cold and dry and sunny for Christmas but that may change.  Highs will be in the 30s.

Have an awesome Wednesday!
