Harrisburg men charged in attempted armed robbery

Two Harrisburg men, Jalil Seay, 18 and Brian Silver, 20, are charged in an attempted armed robbery.  It happened just after 9 o’clock Wednesday evening in the 1000 block of North 7th Street.

The victim told police he was using an ATM when he was approached by two men, one of them brandishing a gun. The suspects ran away without taking anything.  They were captured a short time later in the area of North 7th and Boas Streets.

Charges against both men include Robbery and Conspiracy to commit Robbery. Police say their investigation continues.
