The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrest a Megan’s Law convict from York County in Williamstown, Dauphin County.  Convicted sex offender Angelo Caceres, 28, was last registered at the York County Prison.

Caceres was convicted in July 1999, of Unlawful Sexual Contact in the 2nd degree in New Castle, Delaware.  The conviction required Caceres to register as a sex offender under Megan’s Law.

Springettsbury Township Police obtained an arrest warrant charging him Failure to Comply with Registration. They asked the U.S. Marshals Service for assistance in locating Caceres.

Shortly 12:00 o’clock this afternoon, members of the Fugitive Task Force closed in on a home in the 100 block of Laurel Avenue in Williamstown Borough and arrested Caceres without incident. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Office.
