Pennsylvania State Police charge a York County man with Indecent Assault involving an 8 year old child. Investigators say Rodney Lee Moore, 52, of Etters, engaged in inappropriate sexual touching of the female victim from May 2010 until September 2010. The incidents occurred at a home in Londonderry Township, Dauphin County. The girl was 8 years old at the time of the assaults.
In addition to Indecent Assault, Moore is also charged with Corruption of Minors and Unlawful Contact with a Minor. Following arraignment this morning, Moore was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
