One suspect is under arrest and another is being sought in an overnight homicide in York City. Carlos Rams-Diaz, 19, of York, was fatally wounded by gunfire at about 2:08 am Monday morning in the 100 block of East Philadelphia Street.
Police arrest and charge Ruben Devalles-Vicente, 29, also of York, with Criminal Homicide in Ramos-Diaz death.
Another York City man, Victor Martinez-Raices, age 21, is also being sought in connection with the homicide. Anyone wtih information about Martinez-Raices whereabouts is asked to call York City Police at (717)846-1234 or by texting YORKTIPS @ 847411
