After three arrests on drug charges a Harrisburg man has his bail revoked.  Barry Johnson-Daniels was arrested on Christmas Eve for allegedly selling cocaine to an undercover informant. He was found to be in possession of 35 grams of crack cocaine and over $4,000 in cash. After arraignment he was released from custody after posting $50,000 bail. His freedom turned out to be short lived.

In February 2012, Johnson-Daniels was arrested on similar charges. He made bail while awaiting a January trial. September 2013, he was caught with a pound of marijuana and charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana in Philadelphia County.  It was after the second arrest that prosecutors filed a motion to revoke Johnson-Daniel’s bail citing his continual criminal activities.

The motion was denied and Johnson-Daniels was placed on electronic monitoring. He was wearing that monitor when he was arrested for the third time on Christmas Eve.  Prosecutors filed a second motion to revoke bail. The motion was granted by Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas Judge Richard Lewis. Johnson-Daniels is headed back to jail.
