Police in York City have arrested a 29-year-old man and are currently looking for another suspect in connection to a shooting that left a 19-year-old man dead on Monday morning.
Police say 21-year-old Victor Martinez-Raices remains at large.
On Monday, police arrested Ruben Delvalles-Vicente, 29, of York, in connection with the murder of 19-year-old Carlos-Ramos-Diaz. Delvalles-Vicente has been charged with criminal homicide.
According to police reports, Delvalles-Vicente and Ramos-Diaz had been involved at a fight at a party along the 1000 block of E. Philadelphia Street when the argument spilled out into the street. Delvalles-Vicente allegedly pulled out a gun and shot Ramos-Diaz as he was getting into a vehicle.
Ramos-Diaz was taken to York Hospital where he later died.
An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday morning.
