Numerous shots fired in an apparent road rage incident in York County Friday evening.  It happened at about 6:45 pm in the 100 block of North York Road in Monaghan Township.  The driver of a Dodge pick up told police that  a black Nissan pick up had been following him in a reckless manner.

He said that the Nissan pulled up beside him and someone inside fired several shots at the victim’s Dodge striking it numerous times.  One round just missed the victim’s head. A bullet was found lodged near the drivers head rest.
