Have you gotten your flu shot yet?  No need to worry because the Pennsylvania Farm Show is offering them for free!  The Farm Show and the Department of Health have teamed up to offer anyone looking to get vaccinated the opportunity to do so with absolutely no cost.  The Department of Health has a booth set up inside the complex by the carousel near the Maclay Street lobby.  People visiting this week can stop by and receive the shot or just drop by with any questions about preventing cold weather sicknesses during these record cold temperatures.

Michael Wolf, Secretary of Health for the Commonwealth of PA says, “Just talk to people and make sure they understand that there is still plenty of time to get the flu shot and the flu shot is the single best thing they can do to help them avoid the flu.”

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to receive the vaccine.  The PA Farm Show runs through Saturday, January 11th.
