Accused child molester, Thomas Charles O’Hara, of Williamstown, is headed to trial after waiving his preliminary hearing toda. O’Hara is accused of molesting an underage girl multiple times between 2007 and 2012. Police allege he touched the girl’s chest and genitals with his hands.
O’Hara reportedly touched the minor’s genitals to demonstrate to her the location of certain body parts and touched her chest to ensure her bra fitted properly.
Charges against O’Hara include Aggravated Indecent Assault of a Child, Indecent Assault of a Minor less than 12 year old, Corruption of Minors, Unlawful Contact with a Minor and Indecent Exposure.
O’Hara was released on $150,000 bail at the time of his arrest in September. His bail conditions include a restriction that he have no contact with any minors.
