Newberry township police responded to a call saying a man was exposing himself in a Walmart parking lot early Thursday morning.
A female victim told police that while she was in the parking lot of Walmart at 50 Newberry Parkway, in Etters, there was man parked next to her vehicle and he was exposing his genitals.
The victim also stated that the man was holding a note asking her if she wanted to have sex with him.
Police were able to identify the suspect as 27-year-old Richard Hosage from the first block of Stephen Road. in East Pennsboro Township.
Hosage is now being charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct.
