A Cumberland County man is out on bail after he intentionally rammed a person with his car during an argument on Saturday, police said.
Derek Seiders, of Carlisle, is charged with DUI, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment and reckless driving.
The incident happened outside of a home along Hogestown Road in Silver Spring Township. Seiders, 27, is accused of fleeing the scene after striking the victim twice with his vehicle. Police later arrested Seiders as he drove past the scene while officers were out investigating.
He was taken to Cumberland County Prison where he posted $30,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 15.
The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
