A daring daylight burglary ends with the arrests of two men in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County. It happened at about 11:18 Tuesday morning in the 200 block of Rich Valley Road. Family members of the homeowners arrived and saw the suspects outside the home. They discovered the home had been burglarized after the men left.
The suspects were later identified as Mitchell Walter and Dwight Stewart, Jr.. The men allegedly broke a rear window to enter the home. They used a bed pillow cover to put stolen into including a game console.
Both men confessed to the burglary. Charges against Walter and Stewart include Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
