A North Middleton Township man was arrested early Tuesday after police said he threw a rock through a car window and hit his girlfriends face.

Police received a call from a 17-year-old woman saying she was assaulted by her boyfriend Dylan Wallace, 18, of Cumberland County.

The woman told police that Wallace became angry with her and told her to leave his house. When she went to leave, he picked up a rock from his driveway and threw it at the driver’s side window.

The rock shattered the window and hit the woman in her face.

Wallace is being charged with simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief.

Wallace posted a 1,000 bond and was released from Cumberland County Prison.
