A federal grand jury in Harrisburg indicts three suspects under the Hobbs Acts in the  armed robbery last month of the Cracker Barrel restaurant in Susquehanna Township, Dauphin County.  Tory Dobbin, 41, George Stoney, 40, and Nathaniel Mosely, 43, all of Harrisburg, were charged with Robbery of a Business Engaged in Interstate Commerce, (Hobbs Act) and Use of a Firearm During a Crime of Violence.

The indictment alleges that on December 3, 2013, the trio, each armed with firearms, robbed the restaurant on Brindle Road. As they left the business with just over $8,000 in cash, they were met by Susquehanna Township Police.  They fled on foot but were captured after a brief chase. The night before the robbery the accused allegedly stole a car from a Ford dealership in Sunbury to be used as a getaway vehicle.

If convicted the men face a maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison, a term of parole, and a $250,000 fine.
