Indiana man shot during road rage incident on I-80 – suspect fled

Marcella Raymond/WGN News – GARY, Indiana. — A man from Valparaiso was shot during a road rage incident on I-80 during rush hour.

The man was getting on east bound I-80 at Cline Avenue in Gary Wednesday when he appeared to cut off another driver while merging.

Indiana State Police say that driver pulled up and yelled at the man and then fired a shot.

This picture shows the shattered rear window in the victim’s truck.

He was shot once in the back.

His injuries are not life-threatening.

Police say the suspect was driving silver or gray Dodge Ram 1500 pickup.

    Guess we'all best move outta the way for pickup trucks until the road rage shooters are caught. Time for the TV campaigns on road rage again.
