…A WIND CHILL ADVISORY is in effect until noon TODAY for wind chills as low as -15°…

BRUTAL COLD:  The snow has ended and we’re left with some snow packed and slick roadways and a big time arctic chill.  Temps are starting the day in the single digits to near 0°, with wind chills in the negative teens.  Winds will allow snow to blow and drift, adding some extra hazards to the commute.  Bundle up and stay safe this morning.  We’ll see sun mixing with clouds and temps only rising into the middle teens with a stiff breeze at times, keeping our wind chills below zero.  Tonight, the breeze relaxes and temps fall to the single digits again as clouds return.

ACTIVE & CHILLY:  Thursday, we see a clipper bringing us some light, spotty snow showers.  Highs top out near 20°.  Friday, colder air slips in again, with single digit lows and teens for highs under mostly sunny skies.  Saturday, expect clouds and a warming trend getting us to the low 30s.  Another clipper brings snow showers, clearing for a chilly Sunday in the 20s.  And then, another system keeps us cold with some snow showers for Monday.  Temps fall again into the arctic tundra feel for the middle of next week!
