(CNN) Apparently love won’t keep them together after all.
Captain and Tennille are getting divorced. Toni Tennille filed legal documents in Arizona to end the marriage that lasted 39 years.
The singing duo had a string of hits in the 70s, including “Love Will Keep Us Together,” “Muskrat Love,” and “Do That To Me One More Time.”
They were discovered by Neil Sedaka at a restaurant in California.
