Charges dropped against man in 2014 Lebanon City shooting

UPDATE: The charges of attempted homicide, aggravated assault and robbery against Quentin Gillette were withdrawn the same month he was initially charged.  No other charges have been filed against Gillette in this incident.



Police identify a suspect in last Friday night’s shooting of a Lebanon City man. Jose Luzon, 20, was shot in the face shortly after 7:00 pm inside an apartment along the 400 block of N. 9th Street.  He remains hospitalized.

City police have obtained an arrest warrant for Quentin Gillette, 30, whose last known address was in Annville, Lebanon County. Gillette, is charged with Criminal Attempt to Commit Homicide, Aggravated Assault and Robbery.

Investigators are actively looking for Gillette. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Lebanon City Police or Crime Stoppers
