Elizabethtown Police arrest a man and woman for dealing Oxycontin pills and marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school zone during school hours. Police say Jonathan Lauver, 41, of Mount Joy, and Cheryl Pheasant, 42, of Middletown were taken into custody January 29th on the 600 block of North Market Street in Elizabethtown. The pair had the prescription pills, marijuana, other narcotics and drug paraphernalia in their possession.
Lauver is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver, and possession of prescription pills without a prescription. Pheasant is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of prescription pills without a prescription.
