Camp Hill man charged with sexual assault of 9 year old

A Camp Hill man faces multiple charges involving the sexual assault of a 9 year old girl.  Police said today’s arrest of Robert Dipasqua, 72, followed an investigation that began in April 2013.  Police had received a report that Dipasqua had sexually touched the minor.

The victim told investigators the touching allegedly occurred while she was visiting Dipasqua at his home on multiple occasions. Dipasqua is also accused of showing her pornographic videos on his computer. He also send an email to the victim that makes references to her body.

Charges against Dipasqua include Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Aggravated Indecent Assault of a Child, Indecent Assault, Unlawful Contact with a Minor, Obscene and Other Sexual Materials and Performances and Corruption of Minors. Following arraignment, Dipasqua was released on $15,000 bail.
