Police investigate shooting in York

York City Shooting Lincoln street

York City Police are investigating a shooting that happened just after 4:00 p.m. Sunday in the area of Elm Terrace and Bruce Street.

Police say they found a 29-year-old male victim suffering from gun shot wounds. The victim was immediately transported to York Hospital where he is currently listed in critical condition.

No word on any suspects.

    I didn't hear the whole thing. I was sitting in my room about 25 feet away from that. I heard the gun shots and jumped out of my bed. I ran to my window saw the guys shoot whoever they shot one more time then started to flee from the scene. After that i ran out and told my fathers girl friend. Then went back into my room by that time someone was right next to the guy and someone else was right next to him and the guy asked them to check his pulse. After that police arrived then didn't pay attention to anything that happened after that
