Police in Carlisle say they caught a suspected vandal with spray paint on his hands. Police say they took Avery Morrow, 18, into custody after responding to a report of a suspicious person early on the morning of January 18th. They say Morrow was intoxicated and they noticed black and blue spray paint on his hands. On the 18th, police received complaints from nine different locations in the Borough that had grafitti sprayed on property. Words like “Terry,” “Crack,” and others were painted on buildings and trailers and dumpsters. The total cost of the damage was over $3,000.
