A Wormleysburg man is cited for harrassment after police say he was yelling and cursing at several women in a parking lot outside of an apartment building. It happened around 8pm Wednesday night on the 100 block of South Front Street. West Shore Regional Police say James Joseph Caulson was yelling and cursing at the women because he thought they were parked too close to his vehicle in the parking lot.  Caulson was also reportedly upset about other issues involving the apartment building and his landlord.  Officers learned that this has been an ongoing issue with Caulson.

Caulson was issued a citation for Harassment.  The citation will be filed at Magisterial District Judge Beckley’s office.

So when angry girlfriends are yelling and cursing at their boyfriends out on the streets, they can be cited, too?
