Reward offered for information on wanted man in Lancaster

Lancaster City Police and the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office are offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of a wanted man. Oge Philogene is wanted by Lancaster City Police for Simple Assault (Domestic Violence) and Indirect Criminal Contempt (Violation of PFA). The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office also has two Bench Warrants for Philogene ( Receiving Stolen Property and Delivery of a Non-Controlled Substance).

Philogene, of Lancaster, is described as a black male, 22 years old, about 5’11 tall, about 160 pounds.
