York City Police identify the male victim in a shooting earlier today as Kahalil Devlin, 22, of York. The shooting was reported at 3:10 pm in the area of West College Avenue. Responding officers found Devlin in the area of Pershing Avenue and Lafayette Street suffering from a gunshot wound to his buttocks.
Devlin was taken to York Hospital for treatment. So far no arrests in the case. Anyone with any information on the incident is asked to contact York City Police.
