Police are seeking a man who stole the tip jar from a Mechanicsburg Borough restaurant. It happened at about 1:48 this afternoon at the restaurant in the 300 block of North York Street.
The man walked in and picked up the tip jar sitting on the front counter of the restaurant. The suspect then walked out and got into a black pickup parked out front.
Borough police released a surveillance photo of man walking toward the pickup. The suspect is described as a white male, between 45 and 50 years old.
