Man injured in York City shooting

A man hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries after an early morning shooting in York City, investigators said.

Police were dispatched to the 600 block of East Market Street around 1:58 a.m. for reports of shots fired. Officers found the victim–identified as Nathaniel Rodriguez– sitting in his living room with gunshot wounds to both his legs.

Police said Rodriguez refused to cooperate with the investigation. He was taken to York Hospital for treatment.
