Caregiver charged with stealing from elderly couple

A Dauphin County caregiver faces multiple charges of stealing from an elderly couple. Carlisa R. Clark, 49,  is accused of financially abusing an elderly couple, whom she was hired to assist.

Clark is alleged to have made numerous unauthorized purchases and payments utilizing the couple’s debit card and a Mastercard. Susquehanna Township Police arrested Clark last Tuesday. She was also served with a bench warrant on a previous theft.

Charges against Clark include fourteen counts of Forgery, fourteen counts Access Device Fraud and fourteen counts of Theft by Deception.
