Alex T. Gilbert, 27, of 217 West James Street, Lancaster, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a designer drug, carrying a firearm without a license, possession with intent to deliver heroin, convicted felon not to own a firearm, and five counts of criminal conspiracy.
Jose Enrique Gonzalez, 22, no permanent address, is charged with driving under suspension, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a designer drug, carrying a firearm without a license, possession with intent to deliver heroin, and five counts of criminal conspiracy.
Both are currently in Lebanon County Prison on $250,000 bail.
